Welcome! We’re Friend in Store. An app dedicated to championing the in-store experience. Designed as a central place to discover extraordinary NYC stores and their in-store events.
Why in-store? Well, we believe there’s a magic that happens when you step inside a store. A great shopping experience, yes, but also something more. An opportunity for a new discovery. A chance for a new encounter. A human connection.
We built our app with the conviction that stores are no longer just places of commerce, but centers of community. Spaces to discover, gather, exchange, learn and be entertained.

After a year of growing an amazing collection of NYC stores on the app, we’re expanding to invite a select group of artists, musicians, chefs, community leaders and clubs to introduce to our stores to further spark event & collaboration opportunities.

A feature in our April campaign, Host in Store, celebrating NYC creatives who host in stores, your work and your Store Collection.
This is an invite-only network, where the only commitment is one film/photo session to capture you & your work and one IG collab post during our Host in Store campaign.
